Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, good knowledge of channel partner (CP) networks, and a strong understanding of the local market. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and closing sales for our residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads from various sources including CPs, referrals, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to increase project visibility and drive bookings.
Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide complete project briefings.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
Negotiate deals and close sales with a focus on meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sales service.
Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of experience in real estate sales (CP & direct sales preferred).
Strong database and network of local Channel Partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, target-oriented, and self-driven.
Knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (weekly off on weekdays).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
