? Partner Management: Ensure that all needs of channel partners are successfully met and managed.
? Problem Solving: Address and resolve all client queries promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
? Product & Service Guidance: Offer insights, updates and assistance regarding our products or services, ensuring they are well-informed.
? Proactive Communication: Understand partner needs, proactively address issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times.
? Coordination: Coordination with partners, different departments and teams. Key Skills & Qualifications:
? Polite Disposition: A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
? Strong Follow-up Skills: Ability to rigorously follow up with clients to ensure all needs are met.
? Excellent Communication: Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with partners and colleagues.

Qualifications:
