ROLE: Associate - Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients
Explain property details to customers and support them in decision-making
Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets
Follow up on company-generated leads and close deals
Submit all relevant documents post-sale and report to management
Analyze and report sales performance
Display strong sales acumen and adaptability
Requirements

Experience in Real Estate Industry
Strong knowledge of real estate sales & channel management
Excellent communication & leadership skills
