Actively seek out and engage with potential buyers and sellers in the real estate market. Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and financial considerations to offer suitable property options. Conduct property viewings, provide tours, and effectively showcase the features and benefits of available properties. Negotiate terms of sale, prepare contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales achievements and client satisfaction. Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
