WE ARE HIRING--Position - (Sales Executive,Sr.Sales Executive,Manager /Team Leader)Salary - 22000-40000 per Month (Plus Incentive)

oBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

oExplain the customers about the properties.

oDevelop MoneyTree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

oBuild good Working relationship with Clients Calling on leads provided by the company

oMaintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.

oFollow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.

oCalling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis

oFacilitate negotiation between buyer & seller

oClosing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller

oUnderstand the core values of the company and its goals.

oReport on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.

oDeveloping sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.

oPossibly dealing with some major customer accounts.

oTrack, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.

oCalling and fixing meeting with clients.

oHardcore Sales Performer in Direct Sales in the assigned territory for generating sales.

oMarkets go-getter and trend setter.

oStrong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.

Job Specification:

oOwn vehicle mandatory.

oIpad/Tab would be an additional advantage.

oMust have excellent communication skills.

oPleasing personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.

oGood PR, Social and networking skills to enhance customer base.

oOut-Of-the box thinker and deliver for self and the team.
