We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Real Estate Sales Executive
to manage client interactions, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful property sales. The candidate will be responsible for explaining projects, conducting site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from prospective customers
Explain real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients
Conduct property site visits and coordinate with customers
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and closure
Stay updated with market trends and competitor projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience in sales
(real estate experience preferred)
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
real estate, field sales, channel sales, or inside sales
Willingness to work on-site and conduct property visits
Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
