As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at ValueMax Advisors, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the property selection and buying process while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client referrals.
Understand clients' property needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
