We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and other marketing strategies.
Handle walk-in customers at site offices and explain project details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to drive sales closures.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property laws.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in real estate sales, insurance, or luxury sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
