Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory sales process. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property listings, market trends, and pricing. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Stay informed about new property developments, market conditions, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent Valuenest Realty professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred). Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of additional regional languages would be an advantage.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) Fixed off on Monday.
