We are looking for an energetic

Real Estate Sales Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, arrange

site visits

, showcase properties to potential buyers, and

close deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Call and follow up with potential buyers to

understand their requirements.

Schedule and conduct

property site visits.

Present properties professionally and handle

client queries.

Negotiate deals and

close sales.

Maintain a database of clients and leads in the

CRM.

Build and maintain relationships with clients for

referrals and repeat business.

Stay updated with

market trends and property listings.


Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or telesales.


? Excellent

English & Hindi communication skills.


? Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
? Self-motivated and

target-driven.


? CRM experience is a plus.
? Must be willing to travel for

site visits and client meetings.


? Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

RERA Consultant certificate preferred
