Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, generate leads, and guide clients throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties. Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits for clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, investors, and channel partners. Stay updated with real estate market trends, property rates, and competitor activities. Assist clients with documentation, payment procedures, and loan/financing support if needed. Maintain and update CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Represent the company at property expos, events, and client meetings.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude. Good knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
