We are a leading real estate firm managing sales for Apples Height, an exciting residential/commercial project on Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate project details Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Negotiate deals and close sales effectively Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new developments in the Ludhiana real estate market
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of Ludhiana's real estate market, especially the Ferozepur Road area Professional attitude and strong customer focus Preferably bilingual: Punjabi, Hindi, and English
