Job Summary:



Property Vault is seeking a persuasive, energetic, and relationship-driven

Property Consultant (Tele caller)

to join our real estate team. You will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective property buyers, sellers, and renters. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending suitable properties, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with builder representatives for real-time inventory updates and project information. Strong sales, convincing skills, and rapport-building ability are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to leads generated via online platforms, social media, and internal databases. Understand and document client requirements including budget, location preference, and property type. Nurture leads with regular follow-ups and maintain strong rapport to convert interest into site visits and sales. Suggest relevant properties and assist in scheduling site visits or virtual walkthroughs. Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle -- from initial contact to sales closure. Coordinate with builder representatives to gather inventory availability and project-specific information. Schedule site visits and liaise with on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates using CRM tools. Provide prompt responses to client queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales journey. Share insights with the marketing and sales teams for campaign refinement and better lead nurturing. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Stay updated on the latest project launches, real estate trends, and market pricing.

Requirements:



1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate tele calling. Strong rapport-building, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and tight timelines. Basic knowledge of real estate terms and sales processes is an advantage. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for experienced tele callers. Prior experience in real estate calling or property sales is a strong plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
