  • Responsibilities:**

Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 3. **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. - Lead negotiations and facilitate successful real estate transactions. 4. **Performance Monitoring:** - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. - Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet sales goals. 5. **Market Research:** - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. - Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion. 6. **Budget Management:** - Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget. - Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Qualifications:**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or a similar role. - Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
