Qualifications:**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or a similar role. - Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
