Ltd. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for prospecting clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales. Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in cold calling and business development.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry news.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
