Generate leads through

calls, site visits, walk-ins, and references

Explain property details to clients (flats, plots, commercial properties) Arrange and conduct

site visits

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties Negotiate pricing and close deals Maintain follow-ups with prospects until closure Coordinate with internal team for documentation and booking process Update daily sales records and CRM Achieve

monthly sales targets


Required Qualification:

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

MBA / Sales background preferred (not mandatory)
Skills Required:

Good

communication & convincing skills

Basic knowledge of real estate market Customer handling skills Target-oriented approach Ability to work in field sales
Experience:

Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
