who can aggressively acquire customers, close deals quickly, and maintain strong client relationships. You must be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling high-value property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking.
Handle walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and project presentations.
Conduct property showings and provide guidance on location, pricing, ROI, amenities, and legal aspects.
Follow up with clients and drive the deal from first contact to final closing.
Negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with builders/developers.
Understand market trends, competitor activities, and pricing changes.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of
real estate sales
experience (residential or commercial).
Strong closing skills -- proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and aggressive in fieldwork.
Familiarity with real estate legalities, RERA basics, and documentation (preferred).
Owning a
vehicle
is must.
