Job Description
Roles and responsiblities:
Place phone calls to the leads received and pitch them home related products/service
Generate the leads consent to be contacted by the individual brands related to their home realted products/service need
Keep following up with the leads whose consent is not genrated yet but have a requirement
Coordinate with the PoCs from different brands to ensure the customers are contacted by them and serviced appropriately
Ensure timely responses to customer queries and deliver high quality customer service
Provide productservice details, features and pricing to prospects trough calls, whatsapp, and emails.
Maintain the track record of conversations in the CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,962.21 - ?30,006.73 per month
Work Location: In person
