Prepare and submit RERA applications.
Maintain and update quarterly RERA reports and filings.
Ensure all project documentation meets RERA guidelines.
Sales Collection Updates
Track and maintain records of sales collections.
Update daily/weekly/monthly collection status for management.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely payment follow-up.
Sales Agreement Preparation
Prepare customer sales agreements and related documents.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of agreements.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all agreements.
Bank Loan & Home Loan Coordination
Assist customers with home loan documentation.
Coordinate with banks for processing, approvals, and clarifications.
Ensure smooth flow of loan-related paperwork.
Coordination with Sales Staff
Support sales team with required documentation and customer details.
Act as a communication link between sales, accounts, and management.
Outstanding Payment Recovery Tracking
Maintain a tracker for outstanding dues from customers.
Follow up for pending payments through calls or coordination with sales team.
Update management with recovery status regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of documentation processes, especially in real estate.
Working experience with RERA filing/documentation.
Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and completeness in documentation.
Prior experience in real estate documentation is preferred.
