We are a growing real estate consultancy focused on premium and upcoming projects across West Pune. Our goal is to provide clients with transparent, professional, and value-driven property advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
Handle client inquiries through calls, site visits, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
Present property options to clients based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.
Stay updated with current real estate trends, pricing, and new projects in the market.
Maintain proper documentation and client databases in CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales / property consultancy
preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Knowledge of the Pune real estate market (especially West Pune) will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Education:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field.
