Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role involves managing the entire customer experience - from sourcing and inspecting properties, to showcasing them to prospective buyers. You will be the face of Blue Address on the ground, helping our clients discover homes and helping homeowners position their properties better.
Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Property Showcasing
Coordinate and conduct property visits for potential buyers and renters, providing accurate and engaging information on each listing.
Property Sourcing & Inspection
Identify, inspect, and onboard new properties across Mumbai and MMR. Ensure listing accuracy and quality.
Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with both property owners and homebuyers. Understand client needs and offer suitable property options.
On-ground Coordination
Liaise with developers, channel partners, brokers, and internal marketing teams to streamline the property discovery and transaction process.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects. Provide insights to the core team.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (real estate background preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel across the city frequently
Owns a two-wheeler (preferred, but not mandatory)
