Responsibilities:

Prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to generate leads.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of plotting, farmhouse villa, and bungalow sales processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options (plotting, farmhouse villa, bungalow, etc.) to meet their requirements. Conduct site visits and provide comprehensive property demonstrations to prospective buyers. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' activities to provide insights and competitive advantages.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
