Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process. You will act as a trusted advisor and expert on the local real estate market, helping clients make informed decisions and guiding them through each step of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and open houses Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service Prepare necessary documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, etc. Conduct property showings and coordinate open houses Stay informed about local real estate markets and changes in regulations or policies Collaborate with brokers, escrow companies, lenders, and other professionals Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met before closing sales

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Valid real estate license in the applicable state or region Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role is a plus Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases (MLS, Zillow, etc.)

Working Conditions:

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Fieldwork: traveling to properties and meeting clients

Compensation:

Commission-based with potential for bonuses and incentives Earnings vary based on performance and sales volume

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
