Responsibilities

Generate Leads:

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable property solutions.

Property Showings:

Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of Capkon Developer properties.

Sales Closures:

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
