Job description We are having an opportunity for a Mandate project for a Role of Sourcing Manager at our leading Real Estate Company at Kandivali (Charkop) Mumbai Location. Exp- 3+ years exp in the Real Estate Industry having Sourcing Experience. Activate channel partners for the project Note: Only Male candidates with Immediate joining can Apply Duties/Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Sourcing clients with home buying requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings. \xe2\x97\x8f Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity. \xe2\x97\x8f Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure. \xe2\x97\x8f Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
