We are looking for a results-driven
Real Estate Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive
with a focus on
Real Estate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market and a proven track record of real estate sales. As a real estate consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into site visits for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and real estate developers.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Age : 23- 30 years, only male
1 -5 years experience as
Real Estate Sales Executive / BDE
Experience in Residential real estate sales (flats, apartments, or villas)is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduation
Salary & Incentives
:
Salary -
30k to 45k
Incentives -
25k to 80k based on bookings and closures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
