Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and personable real estate sales professionals to join our growing team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and closing deals with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits. Advise buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and property values. Negotiate offers and prepare necessary documents (offers, contracts, etc.). Stay up-to-date with real estate markets, legal requirements, and trends. Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative stakeholders as needed. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven sales or customer service experience; real estate experience preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
