Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and self-driven

Business Development Intern

to help onboard brokers and secure house bookings for tenants through the BestBHK platform. This role is

commission-based

, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in real estate or sales who are eager to grow their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Onboard Real Estate Brokers:

Reach out to real estate brokers, introducing them to the BestBHK platform and its value proposition. Assist brokers in setting up and managing their profiles to list available properties. Provide continuous support to brokers to ensure they are making the most of the platform.

Secure House Bookings:

Proactively work with brokers to secure tenant bookings for available houses. Match prospective tenants with suitable properties based on their preferences. Guide both brokers and tenants through the booking process, ensuring all transactions are smooth and timely.

Lead Generation & Relationship Management:

Identify and reach out to new brokers to expand the BestBHK network. Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, tenants, and property owners. Follow up regularly with brokers to ensure they are actively participating and closing deals.

Sales & Negotiation Support:

Assist brokers in negotiating terms and closing deals with tenants. Ensure that all house bookings are finalized according to agreed-upon terms.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM tools. Provide regular updates to management on lead progress, onboarding status, and house bookings.

Skills & Qualifications:



Experience:

Previous experience in real estate sales, house bookings, or working with brokers is preferred. A solid network in the real estate community (brokers, property owners) is a major plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously. Familiarity with real estate platforms or CRM tools (preferred but not required).

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Personality Traits:

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a commission-based role with a focus on sales targets.
