Role Objec ve To handle daily inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, and builder project pitching for mul ple residen al developments across north bangalore micro-markets with the goal of genera ng site visits and confirmed bookings. ? ? Key Responsibili es Ac vity Target Call qualified leads (data provided) 150+ dials /100 call connects /day Share project pricing, offers, and benefits 5 ac ve product pitches/day Schedule & coordinate builder site visits 10 visits/week A end walk-ins and assist during site closures Especially on weekends Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily 100% compliance ? Ideal Candidate Profile Criteria Details Experience Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate) Project Knowledge Familiarity with builders like Sobha, Pres ge, Purvankara, Brigade etc. Local Area Comfort Knows North and east bangalore Language Skills Hindi, English Tech Tools WhatsApp Business, CRM Mobility 2-wheeler mandatory ? ? Incen ve Logic - Performance Based Booking Value Slab (Illustra ve) Incen ve per Booking ?1 Cr unit ?8,000-?10,000 ?1.5 Cr unit ?12,500-?17,500 ?2 Cr unit ?18,500-?23,500+ Incen ves paid post registra on.
