Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, telecalling, and digital channels. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio. Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective buyers. Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales in line with company targets. Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients. Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales on CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Vara Estate professionally during client interactions and events.

Requirements:



Minimum 6months to 1years of experience in real estate sales or related field (freshers with strong communication skills will be considered). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred. Willingness to travel for site visits across Bengaluru. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
