Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying properties while delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships. You will be guiding clients through the sales process, and closing successful transactions.

Responsibilities:
Assist buyers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate property.

Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

Conduct market analysis to determine property value and trends.

Coordinate property showings and negotiate offers.

Build a network of buyers and industry professionals.

Maintain and update listings of available properties.

Follow up with leads and prospects using CRM software or other tracking tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
