We are looking for a

high-energy, target-driven Real Estate Sales Professional

who can convert leads into closures with confidence. If you love building relationships, understand customer behaviour, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound & outbound leads

and ensure timely follow-ups Conduct

project presentations, site visits

, and property consultations Build strong client relationships to drive

sales conversions

Maintain CRM updates and manage daily sales pipeline Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth deal closures Achieve

monthly & quarterly sales targets

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities & pricing

What We're Looking For



Strong communication & negotiation skills Confidence during

client meetings & site visits

Ability to understand customer needs and match suitable inventory Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication can also apply)
