We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Real Estate Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, scheduling and attending meetings, and supporting clients throughout the property buying/selling process. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Schedule and attend meetings/site visits with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Maintain and update client data and follow-up trackers.
Achieve monthly targets and drive successful conversions.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and goal-driven personality.
Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided if needed).
Ability to handle client meetings and site visits.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work on weekends if required.
