Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
Identify potential clients and understand their property requirements.
Provide guidance and assist clients in buying, selling, or investing in residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and property values in Gurgaon.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client relationship management and closing ability.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
Knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market will be an added advantage.
