Key Responsibilities

Lead the full sales process for residential real estate projects, from lead generation to closing Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely payments Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and informed on industry trends Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, and operations) to support sales objectives Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and company policies Guide and support the sales team in daily operations and performance improvement
Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on real estate Proven success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills Fluency in English is mandatory
