\xc2\xb7 Taking phone calls and describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services. \xc2\xb7 Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers. \xc2\xb7 Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up. \xc2\xb7 Addressing queries about their company or the things they sell. \xc2\xb7 Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information. \xc2\xb7 Inquiring with the consumer and comprehending their specifications. \xc2\xb7 Securing new clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, or email. \xc2\xb7 Recognizing consumer wants and responding to product or service-related inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Performing after-sales follow-up. \xc2\xb7 Investigating customer input and assessing customer happiness. \xc2\xb7 Prospecting prior customers for potential sales. \xc2\xb7 Working with different departments inside the company to close additional deals. \xc2\xb7 Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
