Engage with clients to understand property requirements.
Present and promote real estate projects effectively.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate and close property deals confidently.
Maintain customer data and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
1 years of experience in real estate sales
(residential or commercial).
Strong
negotiation, communication, and persuasion
skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Deep understanding of
local property markets and trends
.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional in approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
