Job Description

We are seeking an

Experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant

with proven expertise in the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate sales, client relationship management, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations. Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. Conduct property site visits with potential buyers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitors in Greater Noida.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in real estate sales/consultancy. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Greater Noida property market. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
