, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Empire Properties, you will be the face of our brand in the Bopal market. You will guide clients through their property journey, helping them find their dream homes or ideal investment opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who knows the local area inside and out.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management:

Handle inquiries generated through our marketing channels and actively follow up with prospective buyers and sellers.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct site visits for residential (flats, bungalows) and commercial properties (offices, showrooms) in the Bopal/Ambli/Shela areas.

Client Consultation:

Understand client requirements (budget, location, amenities) and suggest suitable inventory from our portfolio.

Negotiation & Closing:

Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on the latest property rates, new schemes, and development trends in West Ahmedabad.

Networking:

Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other channel partners to expand our inventory.
Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a similar field (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply).

Local Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the

Bopal, Ambli, and SG Highway

real estate markets is highly preferred.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; functional English is a plus.

Mobility:

Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (Required).

Skills:

Persuasive negotiation skills, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
