Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, cold calling, and digital platforms. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders. Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to generate qualified leads. Manage online property listings, social media posts, and promotional activities. Coordinate with marketing agencies, designers, and advertising partners. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and property expos to increase brand visibility.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
