What This Role Demands :

Business Development

: Actively grow your own client network through smart prospecting, referrals, and

relationship building.

: Networking: Attend events, engage with HNIs, builders, and corporate clients to open new conversations

Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups:

You'll get some leads, but you're expected to create many more-through your presence, persistence, and pitch

Property Presentations & Site Visits:

Understand client needs, offer curated options, and drive visits with confidence

Personal Brand Building:

Maintain an active, professional, and trust-building digital profile (Instagram, Linkedin, WhatsApp, etc.)

End-to-End Closure Ownership:

From pitch to paperwork- be the trusted point of contact
