We are seeking a

highly experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Consultant (Female)

to join our

Gurugram-based team

. This is a

sales-driven and target-oriented role

with

exceptional earning potential

through performance-based incentives.

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling

high-value residential and commercial properties

, including

villas, penthouses, flats, and commercial spaces

. She must have

strong connections with property dealers across North India

, especially

Himachal Pradesh

, and the confidence to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales of premium real estate offerings including villas, penthouses, and commercial properties Maintain and grow strong dealer networks across North India, particularly Himachal Pradesh Conduct regular site visits to existing and upcoming project locations Independently handle clients, understand their needs, and present the right property options Maintain deep understanding of technical project specifications and communicate effectively with clients Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business

Experience:

Minimum 6 years in real estate sales

Proven record

of closing high-ticket property deals Strong network with

brokers, agents, and real estate dealers

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with

travel across North India
