The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the property buying or selling process, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
