We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Closing Manager to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make daily sales calls, presentations, and achieve assigned monthly sales revenue targets.
2. Attend to all sales inquiries at the project site and provide effective property presentations.
3. Handle and coordinate with channel partners on-site to drive sales performance.
4. Participate in price negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
5. Convert prospective leads into confirmed customers by showcasing properties that align with their investment and lifestyle needs.
6. Provide post-sale customer service and assist clients with home loan coordination.
7. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and broker information requests.
8. Leverage marketing-generated leads and create self-generated leads to enhance sales conversions.
9. Prepare and execute action plans to identify target markets, track inquiries, and analyze performance data.
10. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure regular reporting to management.
11. Be proficient in MS Office for documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
8-10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate residential or commercial projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Residence Preference:
Candidates residing in Western Suburbs of Mumbai (preferred).
