Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to share details about property projects.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly to clients.
Schedule, coordinate, and accompany clients for property site visits.
Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, and sales closures.
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM software.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales (preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
Confidence in explaining property details and addressing client queries.
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.
