We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who can manage both

calling

and

handling clients on-site

. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the

Central Mumbai

property market and experience in closing real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and explain project details. Conduct site visits and handle clients confidently at project locations. Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong negotiation skills. Guide and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Stay updated on Central Mumbai real estate projects and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and management. Maintain CRM updates and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience

in real estate sales (calling + site handling). Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Strong understanding of the Central Mumbai property market. Target-driven and customer-focused approach. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
