Our real estate development company is seeking an experienced sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, strong digital marketing skills, and be well-versed in customer relationship management (CRM) and artificial intelligence (AI). As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline through effective sales strategies, building relationships with potential buyers, and leveraging technology to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Leverage CRM and AI tools to manage and track sales leads and opportunities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Conduct property tours and showings to prospective buyers
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential buyers
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with buyers
Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including construction and finance, to ensure successful completion of sales transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong digital marketing skills and experience with social media and digital advertising
Experience with CRM tools and artificial intelligence
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
