We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who can generate leads, conduct property visits, manage clients, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

#Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Telecalling, WhatsApp, and field visits through company-generated & self-generated leads

Maintain and update CRM/lead sheet

Follow-up with warm and cold leads regularly

2. Client Handling

Understand customer requirements

Provide project details, pricing, payment plans

Schedule and conduct site visits

Build long-term relationships with clients

3. Property Presentation

Explain project USPs, amenities, location advantages

Assist clients during site visits & show units

Coordinate with sales managers for technical queries

4. Sales Closure

Negotiate pricing & offers

Explain documentation, booking process & payment plans

Coordinate with backend team for agreement & paperwork

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

5. Market Research

Stay updated on competitor projects

Understand market trends, pricing & customer preferences
