#Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Telecalling, WhatsApp, and field visits through company-generated & self-generated leads
Maintain and update CRM/lead sheet
Follow-up with warm and cold leads regularly
2. Client Handling
Understand customer requirements
Provide project details, pricing, payment plans
Schedule and conduct site visits
Build long-term relationships with clients
3. Property Presentation
Explain project USPs, amenities, location advantages
Assist clients during site visits & show units
Coordinate with sales managers for technical queries
4. Sales Closure
Negotiate pricing & offers
Explain documentation, booking process & payment plans
Coordinate with backend team for agreement & paperwork
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
5. Market Research
Stay updated on competitor projects
Understand market trends, pricing & customer preferences
