Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, digital campaigns, and referrals. Meet potential clients to determine their property needs and preferences. Present and promote company projects and real estate offerings professionally. Conduct property tours and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans. Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals efficiently. Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for booking and agreement formalities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and customer engagement activities. Maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM software.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Persuasive and customer-focused approach. Good knowledge of local property markets and real estate trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Working Conditions:

6-day working week (Monday-Saturday). Field job requiring client visits and property site meetings. Attractive incentive structure based on performance and sales conversions.

Remuneration:

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
