Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Schedule property viewings and conduct site visits
Negotiate deals and close sales
Maintain a strong database of leads, listings, and client interactions
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, laws, and developments
Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals during the sale/purchase process
Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Key Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach
Good knowledge of the local property market
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy (CRM tools, online listings, real estate apps, etc.)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment (1-3 years preferred)
Valid real estate license or certification (as per regional laws)
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Other Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
